Frank at Beer City Bicycles did a great job with my ride this week. Upgraded my brakes and replaced my worn dropper with a great choice. This shop goes above and beyond- he must have marked the locations of everything he replaced or had to move because I can’t tell yet if I’ll need to tweak my levers and seat!

This place is awesome. We called while driving through from NY to TN needing some new tires and the owner patiently walked through their inventory on the phone, committed to help and then two hours later when we pulled in, graciously fit us in to get new tires and a safety check done before we hit the road again. Bonus the husband and I split a beer at their bar while waiting. These guys know their stuff and were just great. Super helpful and friendly LBS. highly recommend.

Frank and his team at Beer City Bikes is that shop that you can feel safe walking into in that they have NEVER EVER tried to "up-sell" us when we need to come in to have our bikes serviced. Beer City Bikes has serviced our cyclocross, our mountain bikes and our road bikes for years and have done so with sincerity, talent and an excellent value. Yes, we have purchased clothing, gear and a trainer (Love my Wahoo!) and yet, NEVER has Frank or his team put any pressure on us to buy anything more than what we came in for.
